Thank you for your interest in becoming a partnering agency with the United Way Tar River Region. We are improving the way we do business so that we can better mobilize the many resources in our community to achieve our mission. With the new Community Impact Plan, your United Way is working across the twin counties to develop and implement strategies that make a difference in some of our greatest challenge areas.
United Way Tar River Region is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to local non-profit agencies to achieve measurable community-level changes with focuses in the areas of Education, Income & Independence, and Health. NEW partnering agencies wishing to respond to this RFP must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI). This does not guarantee that your organization will be funded by the United Way, but it will help us to determine those eligible. Once again, thank you for your interest in your United Way.
Letter of Intent
The deadline to submit a Letter of Intent for the 2017/2018 funding cycle has passed. Please check our website in the Fall/Winter 2017.
