Healthy Kids Coordinator
Coordinate Healthy Kids Collaborative (HKC): health initiative planning, program development, associated budgets, and implementation. Supervise and support Healthy Kids specialist and/or contracted staff/interns.
Coordinate work with DEPC (Down East Partnership for Children) and other community programs focused on improving overall health (physical/mental health, and nutrition). Advance the work of the HKC through research, assessments, and presentations. Support the development of new initiatives within the health care community.
Interact regularly with numerous stakeholders, policy makers and other partner agencies. Provide leadership in program implementation to early learning providers and families.
Candidate must have (2) years experience in food systems (distribution, public subsidies), business/marketing or as a nutritionist. Strong understanding of child health and nutrition issues required. Strong analytical skills as well as strong facilitation and presentation skills are needed. Degree in Public Health, Business or Nutrition.
Salary Range:$43k to $47k per year

Regional CCR&R Family Child Care Consultant
This position will work with the CCR&R Statewide Family Child Care Project Manager and the CCR&R Family Child Care (FCC) Statewide Support Team to build and sustain a localized system of technical assistance and professional development that supports FCC educators, where connections and collaborations with peer mentors and other professional agencies and organizations supporting FCC is valued and embedded in a diverse, equitable, and inclusive service delivery model driven by identified FCC needs. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field and minimum of two years’ experience in early childhood education with NCICDP Level II Certification. PROGRAM COORDINATOR - FT: This individual is responsible for all aspects of the adult day care program in conjunction with the Executive Director. Qualifications: Four-year social-work degree and two years’ experience working with the elderly/disabled, standard first Aid & CPR. QP experience a plus; ability to communicate effectively with caregivers, develop initial and quarterly ICP updates.
